Doorstep Delivery The doorstep delivery in case of larger residential or office complexes would be limited to the point where the vehicle of the delivery person is permitted. You will need to pick up the goods immediately from the delivery person on intimation. |
COD We do not offer Cash On Delivery facility as per the best legal and business practices. |
- Delivery Hours - Between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Due to various restrictions, the delivery hours would be limited.
- Delivery Persons - Our delivery team may consists of individuals of any gender including trans-gender. We expect you to treat our staff with the respect you offer to your family members. Any misbehavior may result in suspension of your account and further action if necessary.
- Tips - We endeavor to pay our staff a reasonable salary and do not expect you to pay any tips in cash at the time of delivery.
- Misdemeanors - If any misdemeanors are reported either by the customer or by the staff then those would be dealt with seriously.
