Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Customer (also referred to as “you”) may choose to cancel the Order only within ten (10) minutes of the order being placed on Bewede (“Cut-off Period”). However, subject to the Customer’s previous cancellation history, Bewede reserves the right to deny any refund to the Customer, pursuant to a cancellation initiated by the Customer, even if the same is within the ten (10) minutes, followed by the suspension of account, as may be necessary, which shall be in the sole discretion of Bewede.
- After the period of ten (10) minutes, i.e. the Cut-off Period, Bewede will not accept any cancellation. If the Customer cancels his/her Order after ten (10) minute of placing it, Bewede shall have a right to collect a penalty of hundred percent. (100%) of the order amount for breach of contract terms, as a compensation, for the damages suffered by Bewede.

In the event the cancellation of the order is after the Cut-off Period, Bewede shall have:
- In the event the order is prepaid: a right not to refund the order value, or
- In the event the order is postpaid: a right to recover from the subsequent order of the Customer.
- In the event the cancellation is made in time, i.e. before the Cut-off Period and thereafter the Shop/Merchant has accepted your cancellation, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount, including the delivery charges, if any. The processed refund shall directly be credited to the source payment mode or bank of the Customer from which the initial payment was made

Refunds may take up to two (2) weeks, depending on the mode of payment - In the event, your order is delivered late, i.e. after one (1) hours of the delivery slot opted for, Bewede may offer a complimentary delivery of the next order, however, there will be no refunds.

In the event the goods delivered to you is not as per your order and such a change had not been confirmed by
Bewede prior to the delivery, then Bewede shall refund you the full amount, including the delivery charges, if
any.
- Bewede may cancel an order, if the product is not available, for reasons that are not within our control. We shall promptly notify you and return any prepaid payment made by you.

Bewede reserves the right to collect penalty equal to the order value for the orders constrained to be cancelled
by Bewede for reasons not attributable to it, including but not limited to:
- in the event if the address provided by the Customer is wrong;
- failure to deliver the order to the Customer due to lack of information, direction or authorization from Customer at the time of delivery.
- failure to contact the Customer by phone or email at the time of delivering the booked order;
- Bewede shall neither be held liable, held responsible nor considered as a party in default for any delay in delivery of product/s, due to any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond the control of Bewede and without its fault or negligence, not limited to acts of God, war, riots, embargoes, strikes, lockouts, lockdowns, acts of any Government authority, failure of telephone connections or power failure, fire, floods or natural calamity
- You may kindly note that all goods have to be consumed within the validity period. Bewede shall not be responsible if you consume the goods after its shelf life is over.
